ARE BYSAVANNA PRODUCTS NICKELFREE?

BYSAVANNA products are compliant with EU regulations and do not contain nickel. You can enjoy BYSAVANNA products event when you are allergic to nickel.

IS MY BYSAVANNA PRODUCT WATERPROOF?

BYSAVANNA products can handle water. You can wear your BYSAVANNA products while showering, swimming or snorkeling. We do however recommend you to take off your jewellery while you are undertaking activities with a risk of loosing your jewellery.

I BOUGHT A PRODUCT WITH A MARBLE PATTERN BUT I DON’T LIKE THE PATTERN OF MY PRODUCT

The marble elements of our jewellery are made of real marble. Marble is a natural stone and every stone has its own unique veining pattern. While creating BYSAVANNA products we do our best to use pieces of marble that have a good amount of veining. The exact amount of veining of each piece is however out of our control.

THE BYSAVANNA RETURN POLICY STATES THAT THE PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING BUT I NO LONGER HAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. CAN I STILL RETURN IT?

To protect BYSAVANNA products during shipment we ask you to kindly send your product back in the original box, leather or pouch it came in. The original box, leather or pouch can be returned in any carton box or bubble envelope.

THE TRACKING STATUS STATES THAT MY PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING

Please contact our customer care team within 7 days after the parcel has been delivered according to the tracking. Our customer care team will contact the carrier to investigate the location of your parcel. Please be aware that this investigation may take up to 30 days.

In case of a shipment that went missing as a result of an error by the carrier (and after the complaint procedure of the carrier has been completed), BYSAVANNA will re-ship or refund the ordered product within 14 days.

MY BYSAVANNA PRODUCT (OR PART OF THE PRODUCT) IS DAMAGED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

DO BYSAVANNA PRODUCTS COME WITH WARRANTY? 

BYSAVANNA grants a one year warranty on its jewellery. Please reach out to our customer service team in case something is wrong with your product. You can contact the team 24/7 through info@bysavanna.com

I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT MY BYSAVANNA PURCHASE AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER 

We are sorry to hear that our product did not meet your expectations. You can return your product in its original packaging to:

BYSAVANNA, Geestbrugkade 18a, 2281 CV Rijswijk, The Netherlands

Please ensure that you include the order details of your purchase when you return the parcel (the packing slip, invoice, or printed order confirmation) so we know who returned the product. We will refund your money within 14 days after we have received your parcel provided that the product is in its original condition.
